Responsibilities

The Territory Sales Leader is responsible for leading a team of frontline sales representatives, frontline sales leaders and Merchandising Team Leads to drive superior marketplace execution and customer service. The Territory Sales Leader will also have the opportunity to cultivate relationships and manage multiple priorities to make a positive business impact.

  • Oversee a team of 6 EE's
  • Build and manage schedules
  • Build relationships and execute our Sales priorities with our customers
  • Sell in contracts during selling season
  • Presell all of the Key accounts
  • Build EE's capabilities and meet PepsiCo's standards
  • Lead and build our Peninsula team, Two days of selling, managing the location and PL to meet PepsiCo standards.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $76,900 - $128,700
  • Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process
  • Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 15% of annual salary paid out quarterly
  • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2 years managing frontline employees or demonstrated leadership capabilities
  • Prior sales experience
  • Bachelors degree and/or equivalent work experience

  • Consumer packaged goods experience in a direct store delivery environment
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings and/ or weekends
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Must be willing and able to lift up to 40 lbs. periodically
  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • Safe driving record
