Job Duties

This is for project crew, the qualifications will be welding and fabrication experience mainly. Applicant should be able to arc weld, tig weld, know how to use a plasma cutter, know how to use a cutting torch, fabricate, read blue prints on how to build the project assigned to them. Their schedule will be Sunday thru Wednesday 5am to 3:30pm for a couple more weeks, then starting June 19th, they will work Thursday thru Sunday 5am to 3:30pm. Their schedule will rotate every 3 months like this. Willing to work in fall protection in required situations and available to work on weekends are a must.

 

 

Minimum education required for the role

2-years of technical education preferred

Minimum experience required for the role

• Welding Experience
• Fabrication Experience
• Basic knowledge on tool handling
• PIT license (skid loader, forklift, telehandler)

The applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits:

• Benefits: Vision, Medical, and Dental coverage begin after 60 days of employment;
• Paid Time off: sick leave, vacation and 6 company observed holidays;
• 401(k): eligible after the 1st day of employment including company match which begins after the first year of service and follows the company vesting schedule
• Base hourly range of $27.00

 

This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s annual bonus plan; the amount of bonus varies and is subject to the standard terms and conditions of the incentive program;
