We're seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Remote Itinerary Coordinators. In this role, you’ll work from home to help clients plan customized travel experiences including cruises, all-inclusive vacations, family trips, romantic getaways, group travel, and more. Key Responsibilities:

• Research, plan, and coordinate personalized travel itineraries based on client needs and preferences
• Book flights, hotels, cruises, excursions, transportation, and travel insurance
• Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after travel
• Stay up to date on travel trends, vendor promotions, and destination knowledge

• Communicate with clients via email, phone, and social media

• Build and maintain client relationships and manage travel bookings through our preferred travel suppliers

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older

• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

• No experience required full training and certification provided

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Comfortable using computers, online systems, and social media

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

• Passion for travel and helping others
