Job Description

Position Summary 

EYA, an award-winning residential builder and developer with over 30 years of experience in creating vibrant urban neighborhoods, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Real Estate Operations Analyst to join our team. In this key role, you’ll collaborate closely with the General Counsel and COO to oversee corporate-level projects from initiation to completion, ensuring smooth workflows, timely deliverables, and effective communication across departments and with external partners.

Responsibilities 

  • Collaborate with the General Counsel, COO, and other management to understand project requirements and objectives. 

  • Develop detailed project plans outlining tasks, timelines, and resource needs. 

  • Monitor project progress, identify issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on track. 

  • Coordinate communication and information flow across departments and with external stakeholders, ensuring alignment on key operational initiatives. 

     
  • Assist with putting together financial metrics and non-financial metrics.
  • Assist in the preparation, organization, and delivery of legal documents and related materials. 

  • Post and maintain required information for closings and compliance purposes. 

  • Organize and schedule meetings; prepare agendas and document follow-up actions. 

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for project-related inquiries, coordinating closely with the COO and General Counsel on priorities and performance metrics. 

  • Track and report progress on key projects and operational initiatives, providing regular status updates to the executive team. 

  • Audit project workflows to identify and address bottlenecks. 

  • Maintain internal electronic databases and digital records. 

  • Support ad hoc operational tasks to ensure smooth daily operations. 

     

Qualifications 

  • December 2025 graduate with a bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, operations management, real estate development or related field. 

  • Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite and in particular proficiency in Microsoft Excel. 

  • Strong organizational, time management, and attention-to-detail skills. 

  • Proficiency with use of AI tools to optimize research, analysis and transactional tasks.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities. 

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with a solutions-oriented mindset. 

  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. 

  • Dependable, punctual, and collaborative. 

  • Customer service–oriented with the ability to work effectively with a variety of personalities. 

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise good judgment.

Schedule, Compensation and Benefits 

 
This is a full-time role (40 hours per week) that operates from our headquarters in Bethesda, MD. Operation hours are from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday (in person). 

The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $55,000 - $65,000, including applicable bonuses. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other relevant factors.
