ReUnite Rx partners with drug manufacturers and fertility specialty pharmacies to improve access to fertility care for patients across the United States. We are currently seeking energetic, reliable, and professional Patient Care Coordinators to join our team.

In this role, you will work closely with other team members to deliver exceptional service to our patients and partners—primarily via phone, email, and mail. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and adaptable, with a commitment to providing supportive and efficient experience.

We are especially seeking bilingual candidates (English/Spanish) to help support our Spanish-speaking patients and ensure clear, compassionate communication.

Responsibilities

• Answer or make calls to patients to identify and address needs, concerns, or questions related to fertility care products and services.
• Respond efficiently and accurately to inquiries, explain solutions clearly, and ensure each patient feels supported and valued.
• Engage in active listening, confirm or clarify information, and de-escalate difficult situations as needed.
• Utilize internal software systems, scripts, and tools to manage communications and documentation.
• Participate in ongoing training and learning opportunities to deepen knowledge of company offerings and procedures.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong computer skills and ability to quickly learn new systems.
• Exceptional customer service skills with professional verbal and written communication.
• Active listening skills and the ability to ask clarifying questions.
• Strong time management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Adaptability, accountability, and a team-oriented mindset.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills strongly preferred.
