We build custom saunas, steam rooms, hot tubs, and cold‑plunge systems for high-profile residential and commercial clients.

Position Summary:

The Operations Director leads all operational departments of Florida Hot Tub & Sauna, including Installations, Service, and Warehouse. This executive position ensures that every division functions efficiently, profitably, and safely while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction and project quality. The role requires strong leadership, technical knowledge, and the ability to balance high-level planning with day-to-day accountability.

• Oversee all field and service operations across Installation, Service, and Warehouse divisions.
• Direct staffing, hiring, and termination decisions (in coordination with HR).
• Establish and track departmental KPIs and performance metrics.
• Ensure accountability for safety, quality, and profitability across all departments.
• Lead continuous process improvement and efficiency initiatives.

Scheduling & Coordination:

• Maintain and oversee the master Gantt chart system , ensuring accurate scheduling and alignment between departments.
• Coordinate with Project Managers to confirm project timelines and manpower allocations.
• Approve schedule changes, staffing adjustments, and milestone updates.
• Conduct or delegate pre-project coordination meetings when required to ensure readiness across divisions.

Financial & PCW Accountability:

• Own job and departmental budgeting accuracy versus PCW .
• Approve project cost reports, labor-hour benchmarks, and material forecasts.
• Ensure profitability targets are achieved company-wide.
• Oversee purchasing consistency and vendor accountability with the Accounting Department.

Communication & Reporting:

• Submit a daily Slack report summarizing company-wide operations, project status, and department highlights.
• Lead weekly meetings with Project Managers, Service Coordinators, and Warehouse Manager.
• Provide regular updates to the CEO on department performance, financial status, and operational challenges.

Team Leadership & Accountability:

• Directly supervise Project Managers, Service Project Manager, and Warehouse Manager.
• Issue, document, and maintain records of disciplinary actions and corrective measures.
• Maintain OSHA 30 certification (or obtain within 90 days) and ensure compliance across all teams.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in construction operations or specialty contracting.
• Proven leadership of multiple project and service teams.
• Strong knowledge of construction scheduling, budgeting, and safety protocols.
• English required; Spanish a plus.
• Advanced proficiency in Service Fusion, Excel, and scheduling software.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel statewide.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: $90,000–$110,000 annually , based on experience.
• Performance bonuses tied to profit and efficiency.
