As a Medical Receptionist, you’ll be the friendly face and voice of Kinnelon Eyecare, ensuring our patients feel welcome and cared for. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting patients with a warm and professional attitude.
- Managing appointment scheduling and patient check-ins.
- Answering phone calls and addressing inquiries with care.
- Handling patient records and maintaining accurate documentation.
- Assisting with administrative tasks to keep the office running smoothly.
