8367. This position is for 12+ months, with option of extension,
and will be worked in a hybrid schedule on-site in Phoenix, AZ 10% – however
mostly remote. All work must be completed in the United States.

 Description: 
 
 The Quality
Assurance Analyst, Information Technology, is responsible for analyzing
requirements to develop test plans, create test cases, and document application
defects for internally developed software for both .Net and Oracle applications
that are used by both ADOR business units and taxpayers for intermediate,
medium-scale projects. 
 
 Supervision: 
 This
position does not have direct reports.

 Assurance Testing   Creates test plans based on requirements
 documentation to ensure traceability and completeness of test coverage
 for basic to intermediate, medium-scale projects  Designs detailed test cases for new applications or
 updates to existing applications  Plans and performs testing by creating test data
 schedules in accordance with project scope or delivery dates  Defines regression test plans and test cases for
 future projects  Performs retests and rework, as necessary  Documents test procedures to ensure replicability and
 compliance with standards

 Requirements 
 Education
& Experience 
-  Any combination that meets the knowledge, skills and
 abilities (KSA); typical ways KSAs are obtained may include but are not
 limited to: a relevant degree from an accredited college or university
 such as Bachelor’s Degree (e.g., B.A.), training, coursework, and work
 experience relevant to the assignment. 
-  Minimum
 of two years' experience in quality
 assurance testing and analysis 
 Knowledge/Understanding 
-  Knowledge of
 quality assurance software testing tools and methodologies 
-  Knowledge and understanding of software development
 processes, including requirements and technical design analysis,
 development, system and user testing, problem resolution, and planning

 clearance process that includes an Arizona tax compliance verification,
 and a criminal background check through the FBI via level one fingerprint
 clearance through the Arizona Department of Public Safety
