Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and professional Leasing Agent to support our team in leasing and sales activities. This role is perfect for someone with a customer-first mindset and a passion for real estate. You’ll play a key role in helping clients find their ideal home or investment while ensuring smooth communication between all parties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and manage appointments with potential renters or buyers
• Provide excellent customer service at every touchpoint
• Ensure lease and purchase contracts are completed accurately and on time
• Actively engage in the sales process and follow up with leads
• Close deals and finalize contracts confidently
• Use sales and realty software (training provided)
• Assist with general administrative duties as needed

Requirements:

• Strong first impression and communication skills
• Ability to close sales and act as an effective liaison between lessees and property owners/investors
• Comfortable driving to and showing properties (must have reliable transportation)
• Basic computer proficiency
• Must be able to obtain a Realtor’s license within 6 months (reimbursement provided)
