Reports to: Property Manager

We are seeking a Leasing Agent to join our team at a luxury Class A community in Royal Oak. This is an exciting opportunity to be on the front line of shaping first impressions, building strong resident relationships, and reinforcing the reputations of a flagship DTN property.

Job Summary

As a Leasing Agent, you will be the face of the community, playing a key role in driving leasing performance and delivering a high-touch experience that matches the expectations of a luxury property. You'll connect with prospective residents, support current residents, and help build a sense of community that makes living here exceptional.

As a Leasing Agent, your primary responsibilities include:

  • Generate, manage and convert leads into signed leases
  • Deliver a professional, welcoming, and customer-focused experience to all residents and prospects
  • Partner with your onsite team to achieve and exceed property leasing goals
  • Assist in planning and hosting upscale resident events that foster community and brand loyalty
  • Use approved property technology platforms to manage leads, resident communication, and service requests
  • Prepare and present lease agreements to new residents and renewals
  • Enter and track work orders, ensuring timely follow-up for resident satisfaction
  • Support marketing initiatives including property tours, outreach, and social media presence
  • Take on other responsibilities as needed to support community success

Core Candidate Qualities:

  • High school education or equivalent (college degree a plus)
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfort with technology, including Microsoft Office and property management software (experience with industry software preferred)
  • Familiarity with social media and online reputation platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Google Reviews)
  • A polished, professional demeanor with excellent people skills
  • Motivated, proactive, and collaborative with a "can-do" attitude
  • Attention to detail and pride in representing a luxury brand
  • Reliable transportation to conduct daily job responsibilities
