				 Livingston Associates has partnered with an established HVAC company, made up of highly skilled, capable individuals who are looking to an operations lead to their growing team!
 Position Overview:  Assist in managing / overseeing  the daily operations of Service Department within a commercial / industrial HVAC company. This role ensures efficient dispatching, scheduling, customer coordination, and technical support for field technicians. 
 Key Responsibilities: -  Provide administrative support to overall management team. 
-  Oversee customer service requests and concerns. 
-  Technician assignments. Manage dispatching of service calls and ensure timely response to customer needs. 
-  Provide technical support and guidance to field technicians. 
-  Monitor technician performance and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards. 
-  Develop estimates and track. 
-  Create relationships with prime vendors. 
-  Maintain accurate service records, documentation create invoicing information. 
-  Develop training programs and review technicians needs and requests. 
-  Inventory – assist in ordering / tracking parts, tools, equipment, scheduling support of subcontractors. 
-  Local and industry Code compliance. 
-  New technologies and support resources. 
Additional Duties Include:-  Schedule service calls 
-  Manage technicians, handle customer requests, oversee billing, creating estimates, maintain inventory, and safety regulations 
-  Technical support expertise: support for service techs on the job, training, and training program development 
-  Customer relations and communications 
Qualifications:-  High school diploma or equivalent: associate degree or higher preferred. 
-  Proven experience in HVAC service (commercial) 6 years. 
-  Strong knowledge of commercial /industrial HVAC systems and service. 
-  Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (word-Excel-Outlook). 
-  Experience in administrative assistance. 
-  Strong verbal and written skills. 
-  Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities. 
-  Leadership, motivation, interpersonal skills. 
-  High attention to detail and accuracy.
