Lifespring Women’s Healthcare in Bentonville, AR, offers compassionate, patient‑first obstetric and gynecologic care in a warm, welcoming environment. Our services span pregnancy care (including antenatal testing, labor & delivery), routine and specialized gynecology, ultrasounds, and minimally invasive treatments.
We are looking for a detail-oriented and self-motivated Data Entry Typist to join our team. In this role, you will input, update, and maintain data across various platforms and systems from the comfort of your home. This position is ideal for individuals who are organized, accurate, and comfortable working independently.
Enter and update data accurately into spreadsheets, databases, and online systems
Review data for errors and correct any inconsistencies
Maintain data integrity and confidentiality
Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation
Follow company guidelines and formatting standards
Communicate with team members via email or chat for task updates
Meet daily or weekly productivity targets
High school diploma or equivalent
Basic computer literacy and typing skills (minimum 35-45 WPM)
Reliable internet connection and access to a computer/laptop
Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools
Ability to focus on repetitive tasks for extended periods
Good communication and time-management skills
Previous data entry experience is a plus, but not required
Fully remote – work from anywhere
