NEW YORK CITY, USA (Hybrid Working - 3 days in the office per week)
A benchmarked salary between $95,000 to $105,000 based on your level within our progression framework. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position, market considerations, budgetary considerations, tenure and standing with the Company (applicable to current employees), as well as the employee’s/applicant’s skill set, level of experience, and qualifications.

We're looking for a Creative who'll work closely with the Strategy team to understand our clients' brief, challenges, and opportunities, and use these to build creative concepts that achieve measurable results. And then bring your ideas to life in collaboration with our Design & Production teams - briefing in and overseeing the production.
Part of the beauty of Born is that we don’t specialise in any particular sector, meaning any given brief presents completely new challenges and opportunities.

This role is perfect for anyone who's been in a social conceptual creative role, in-house or agency side, for the last few years. This could be a creative, creative lead, senior creative, art director, or copywriter. Creatives are hybrids and pull on a variety of different creative skills, so you will need to have a body of work that shows this off. Specifically, we'll be on the lookout for someone with:

Standard working hours are from 9.00am to 5.30pm, there’s flexibility if agreed in advance with your line managers (it will also be necessary on occasions to work outside of these hours).
