RESPONSIBILITIES
· Coordinate and manage all classroom, student organization, and campus requests for career workshops and presentations, serving as the primary point of contact and scheduling liaison for the Career Center team.
· Serve as the lead trainer and primary presenter for most career workshops and presentations, coordinating Career Center staff support when sessions overlap or when demand is high.
· Oversee the planning, development, and delivery of career education content, including First-Year Seminar and future class embedded curriculum, collaborating with Career Center staff to meet large-scale instructional needs.
· Maintain and enhance the Career Center’s workshop library, ensuring materials remain current with best practices, data insights, and evolving career coaching trends.
· Lead and facilitate staff training on workshop delivery, providing guidance and updates on new content, instructional strategies, and industry trends to ensure consistent, high-quality presentations across the team.
· Contribute to the success of the Career Center's programmatic initiatives, including Career Expos, employer panels, speakers, and other career events, by assisting with planning, event setup, and collaboration with employers.
· Manage administrative functions, including processing requisitions, cash checks, and purchasing physical resources and office supplies.
· Oversee updates to the Career Center website, ensuring content remains accurate, current, and aligned with departmental priorities.
· Serve as the Career Center’s Handshake liaison, managing postings, employer communication, approvals, and event forms; provide training and support to staff, students, and employers; and stay up to date on system updates and trainings to ensure effective use.

Starting annual salary is $37,500 - $39,500 commensurate with experience.
